How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and checkout. You can pay online by card or choose Cash on Delivery. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza via secure online payment, plus Cash on Delivery across Egypt. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
How long does delivery take?
Cairo & Giza: 1-3 business days. Alexandria & Delta cities: 2-4 business days. Other governorates: 3-6 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unworn items in original condition can be exchanged within 4 days of purchase, or returned within 14 days of delivery if damaged, faulty, or incorrect. See our Returns Policy for the full process.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or handed to our courier. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some pieces are released in limited quantities as part of a drop, and restocks are not always guaranteed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it — availability is only confirmed once checkout and payment are complete.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Bosta tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
