Drying
Air dry or lay flat. Avoid tumble drying to protect elastane and stretch recovery.
Ironing
Avoid direct ironing — high heat can damage performance fabric and printed logos.
Storage
Fold rather than hang stretch fabrics to preserve their shape. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
