Washing
Machine wash cold at 30°C with similar colors on a gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, it breaks down performance fibers over time.
Drying
Air dry or lay flat. Avoid tumble drying to protect elastane and stretch recovery.
Ironing
Avoid direct ironing, high heat can damage performance fabric and printed logos.
Storage
Fold rather than hang stretch fabrics to preserve their shape. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
